Heating Technology Lab
& Testing Center

Every heating system we develop is tested and verified in our in-house lab. From heating uniformity and temperature stability to battery compatibility and wash durability — we verify performance before it reaches your customers.

Lab Capabilities

What We Test in Our Lab

Our in-house testing facility is built specifically for heated wearable technology. We test every heating system we develop — not just the finished garments.

< 2°C

Temperature Variance

Heating Uniformity Testing

Infrared thermal imaging captures surface temperature distribution across heating panels. Every panel is tested to ensure even heat distribution with variance under 2°C.

99.5%

Stability Rate

Temperature Stability Testing

Continuous thermal monitoring over extended cycles to verify consistent output. Our lab tests every heating system for sustained temperature control across 3 temperature levels.

100%

Safety Pass Rate

Battery Compatibility Testing

Complete electrical testing of heating systems paired with various battery configurations. We verify voltage compatibility, power consumption, and battery protection circuits.

50+

Wash Cycles Tested

Wash Durability Testing

Simulated wash cycles with heating panels integrated into garments. Tested to 50+ wash cycles to verify heating element integrity, circuit waterproofing, and connector durability.

Testing Process

Our Testing Workflow

Every heating system goes through a rigorous 5-stage testing protocol before production approval.

Step 1

Heating Panel QC

Each graphene heating panel undergoes resistance testing, visual inspection, and infrared thermal imaging before integration.

Step 2

Circuit Integration Test

Heating panels are integrated with wiring harnesses and controllers. Continuity testing and insulation resistance verification are performed.

Step 3

Temperature Uniformity Test

Full surface thermal imaging to verify heat distribution across the panel. Hot spots and cold zones are identified and corrected.

Step 4

Battery & Safety Test

Complete electrical safety testing including overcurrent protection, short circuit testing, and battery pack integration verification.

Step 5

Wash Durability Test

Garments are subjected to repeated wash cycles while powered and unpowered. Post-wash heating performance is measured and verified.

Temperature Mapping

Heating Uniformity Test

Using infrared thermal imaging, we measure surface temperature across every heating zone. Our testing ensures even heat distribution with temperature variance under 2°C — the key metric that determines user comfort and product quality.
